Founded on August 15, 1895, the company developed under the management of Mr. Horst Wellmann, master locksmith and entrepreneur, into a steel and metal construction company that is known far beyond the national borders. When Mr. Wellmann passed in December 2005, his wife, Mrs. Margarete Wellmann took over management of the company, which today focuses on the production and sale of aluminum products.

| In addition to the nationally known ® Wellmann-Poller ( bollards), many cast aluminum products such as the historic candelabra in front of the Old Opera (in Frankfurt/M.) or the bridge railing on the Theodor-Heuss Bridge (between Mainz and Wiesbaden) also originate from our company. |
